We aim to get every order right the first time, but if something’s off, we’ll make it right. This page covers how we handle returns, reprints and refunds for your custom stickers, labels, badges and magnets.
Everything we make is printed to order, so we don’t accept standard returns, but if your order arrives damaged, has a print issue, or isn’t what you expected, just get in touch. We’ll sort it quickly with a reprint.
We’ve handled thousands of orders over the years, and we stand by our quality. If something slips through, we’ll fix it fast, no hassle, no drama.
Do you accept returns?
Because everything we make is custom, we don’t accept standard returns, but if there’s a problem, we’ll reprint it for you until it's right.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Let us know as soon as possible. Send a quick photo and your order number, and we’ll replace it right away.
How do I request a reprint?
Just contact us via email with your order number and what went wrong. We’ll review it and sort a fix fast.
Do I need to send damaged items back?
No, a clear photo is usually enough for us to verify the issue and arrange a reprint.
What if I’m not happy with the colours or finish?
If the final product doesn’t match your approved proof or has a print issue, we’ll fix it. Minor colour variations can happen in print but we’ll always aim for the best match.
Can I cancel my order after paying?
Yes, if it hasn’t gone to print yet. Once production starts, cancellations aren’t possible, but contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order goes missing in transit, contact us. We’ll track it down or send a replacement free of charge.
Can I return unused items for store credit?
Because all products are custom made, we don’t offer store credit for unused or unwanted items.
