Die Cut Labels
What are Die Cut Labels?
Die cut labels are printed with your artwork and cut to shape, then supplied on sheets for easy peeling and storage. Each sheet has the same design repeated, making them ideal for packaging, branding or product labelling.
Can you print white ink on vinyl die cut labels?
Yes. A white layer under your design makes colours stand out, especially on clear or special effect vinyls.
What sizes can die cut labels be made in?
Pretty much any size you want, from small product seals to large statement labels. The only limit is how many fit on a sheet.
Are die cut labels waterproof?
Vinyl die cut labels with a laminate finish are built to handle the outdoors. They’re water-resistant and stand up well to rain, splashes and sunlight.
Can I get sheets with loads labels on them?
Yep, as long as the designs are the same. The number per sheet depends on the label size and layout. If you want a proof, we’ll send one over before printing so you can check it looks right.
What’s the best way to apply die cut labels?
Clean and dry the surface first, then press the label down from the middle outwards to avoid bubbles.
Will my labels come on A4 sheets?
Yes, most runs are on A4 sheets for easy handling. Larger or smaller sheets may be possible depending on the design.
