First things first, I'm going to need a design and the better this is prepared for me, the better your print is going to be! When you send me your design, having the correct artwork files is crucial to producing the very best results for you.
To achieve the best possible colour accuracy, please set your colours to CMYK. This is the colour gamut used for printing and ensures that the colours you see on your screen will match the printed result.
If you have trouble setting your colours to CMYK, just let me know your RGB or Pantone reference for the colours you want us to match. I'll edit your artwork to ensure these colours print as closely as possible.

Make sure to add any custom shapes as a line on your artwork (ideally as a vector line or on a separate layer) and ensure this line is clear and labeled. This way, i’ll know exactly where you want your stickers cut!

How it works...

Placing your order
You get started by placing your order and attaching your artwork to the provided upload button, once your order has been placed (if you haven’t already attached your artwork) you will need to email it over when you are ready, along with your TAU- number, ideally on the same email that you placed your order with.

Setting up your artwork
Once I receive your artwork, I will set it up according to your customer notes and shoot over a proof (if required) once confirmed I'll start printing your order. The whole process can take up to 5 working days, depending on my workload. While I do my best to meet all deadlines, it's important to confirm them before placing your order to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

Popping and packing
After your order has been printed, it will be laminated then cut into the custom shapes that you have requested. Each sticker will then be individually popped out of the sheets they were printed on, then will undergo a final quality check, and then be placed into compostable bags before being boxed up and shipped to you.

Shipping out
Track hereYour order is now ready to be shipped. I use DPD, DHL and Royal Mail for all our deliveries as I have found them to be the most reliable after a lot of trial and error. Orders are collected daily from the studio. You can track your order on the tracking page. Finally you get to enjoy your order.
