Description

Heavy duty vinyl with a glossy finish and a clear laminate for extra durability. The strong adhesive sticks well to a wide range of surfaces, making these stickers ideal for gear, tools, packaging, and outdoor use.

All our vinyl stickers come laminated with a protective layer that helps guard against water, sunlight, and scratches. This makes them well-suited for tougher environments and helps them last longer, even outdoors.

Artwork

First up, I’ll need your design. The better it’s set up, the better your stickers will come out.

Make sure your colours are set to CMYK, that’s the format printers use, and it helps keep things looking right when they come out the other end.

If you’re stuck or only have RGB or Pantone values, just send those over and I’ll tweak the file so it prints as close as possible.

Cut line

If you want a custom shape, please add a cut line to your artwork. Ideally, make it a vector line or pop it on a separate layer, and label it clearly so I know exactly where you want the sticker cut.

Extra designs

Your order includes up to 5 designs as standard. If you want specific quantities for each (e.g. 300 of one, 200 of another), just let me know in the customer notes. If you don’t, I’ll split them evenly.

If you’ve got more than 5 designs, you’ll need to place a second order. Each order allows a maximum of 5 artworks.

Delivery

Standard turnaround is 5 working days from when I get your final artwork.

What are heavy duty gloss vinyl stickers?

These are stickers made from thick vinyl material with a glossy finish, designed to withstand harsh conditions. They are 8 times thicker than standard stickers and have a strong adhesive, making them suitable for demanding environments.

How thick are these stickers?

They feature a 250-micron gloss laminate, providing durability and resistance to wear and tear.

What makes them "heavy duty"?

The vinyl is 8x thicker, the adhesive is 2x stronger, and the laminate is more protective. They're built to last longer and handle rougher conditions.

How thick are they?

They’re 250 microns thick, around 8 times thicker than standard vinyl. You’ll feel the difference, but they’re still flexible enough to apply without hassle.

Can I remove them later?

Yes, but it takes a bit of effort. The stronger adhesive holds on well, so removing them cleanly might take a bit of heat or adhesive remover.

Can I use them on machinery or tools?

Yes. They’re a good option for toolboxes, gear, helmets, bins, and any rough-use surface where normal stickers might peel or wear out.

Do they come in custom shapes and sizes?

Yes. You can order any shape or size you need, square, round, custom cut, anything. Just send your artwork and we’ll handle the rest.

Are they waterproof?

Yes. They’re waterproof, weather-resistant, and safe for outdoor use. Rain, splashes, and general moisture won’t cause problems.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope. We do small batches. If you want 1 sticker, we’ll do 1. If you want 10,000, we’ll do that too. Price per sticker just drops the more you order.

Can I get a sample before I order loads?

Yes, you can order 10 sample stickers of one design. Same material, same print. It gives you a clear idea of how it’ll look and feel before committing to a bigger run.

How it works...

Placing your order
To get started, just place your order and upload your artwork using the button provided. Haven’t got the file ready yet? No problem, you can email it to me later along with your four digit TAU number. Just make sure to use the same email address you used for your order.
Setting up your artwork
Once I’ve got your artwork, I’ll set it up based on your notes and send a proof if needed. After you’ve approved it, I’ll get printing. Turnaround is usually up to 5 working days, depending on workload. If you’ve got a tight deadline, please check with me before ordering to avoid any mix-ups.
Popping and packing
Once printed, your stickers are laminated and cut to the custom shapes you’ve requested. Each one is popped out of the sheet, checked over, and packed into compostable bags. Then everything’s boxed up and shipped straight to you.
Shipping out
Your order’s ready to ship! I use DPD, UPS, DHL, and Royal Mail, they've been the most reliable over time. Orders are collected daily from the studio, and you’ll be able to track yours using the tracking page. It won’t be long before your stickers land on your doorstep.
