Do you offer refunds for personalised orders?

We’re unable to offer refunds for personalised orders unless the order is faulty or there is a design issue. 

If you are experiencing an issue with an order, please contact us within seven days of its arrival.

What should I do if I want to return an order?

If you wish to return an item, please email us at to start the returns process. 

We’ll confirm your request, and you’ll need to send the items back to us. Package your items back in their original packaging, return them to :

Be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use tracked shipping to return your order as we cannot be held liable for any return orders that go missing.

We specialise in manufacturing personalised items. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake, or the items are faulty.
