What is your return policy for custom stickers?

Since my custom stickers are made to order, they are typically non-returnable. However, I will consider returns or replacements for orders with defects or printing errors. Please contact me if there is an issue.

We offer refunds for custom sticker orders if there is a printing error, quality defect, or damage in transit. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis after verification.

What should I do if my stickers arrive damaged?

If your stickers arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Send photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How do I request a refund for my order?

To request a refund, contact me with your order number and reason for the request. I’ll review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a refund if it has not yet entered production. Once the printing process has started, cancellations are not possible.

What happens if I receive the wrong stickers?

If you receive the wrong stickers, please let us know immediately. I’ll arrange a replacement for the correct items or issue a refund if applicable. My priority is to ensure you receive the correct order.

Can I exchange my stickers for a different design?

Since stickers are custom printed, I don’t offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order due to a defect or error, I can arrange a reprint rather than an exchange.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after approval. I’ll notify you once your refund is issued, and timing may vary based on your payment provider.

Do I need to return defective stickers to get a refund?

In most cases, I do not require a return for defective stickers. However, I may ask for a photo of the defect to verify the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

What should I do if there is a printing error on my stickers?

If there’s a printing error on your stickers, contact us with a photo and details of the issue. We’ll reprint the stickers or offer a refund if necessary, depending on the nature of the error.

Can I get a partial refund if I’m not fully satisfied with my stickers?

I strive to ensure all customers are satisfied. While I don’t typically offer partial refunds, I'm happy to work with you to resolve any concerns about print quality or service.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost in transit, contact me, and I’ll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before completing your order to avoid delivery issues.
