Sticker sheets are exactly what they sound like, a sheet with multiple stickers on it. Instead of printing one sticker at a time, you fit several onto one page. They’re easy to use, simple to store, and make a lot of sense if you’ve got more than one design to print.
They’re popular with artists, small brands, schools, planners, and anyone who likes things neat and organised. And yes, if you’re after custom sticker sheets, we print those too.
A sticker sheet is one sheet of material (usually vinyl or paper) that holds several kiss-cut stickers. Kiss-cut means the machine only cuts through the sticker layer, not the backing , so everything stays stuck to the sheet until you peel them off.
They come in a range of sizes – A5 and A6 are common – but we can cut to whatever size works for you. The sheet can hold a few big stickers, lots of small ones, or a mix of both.
Sticker sheets are useful in loads of situations. Some people use them for branding, others for products or packaging. You can give them away, sell them, or use them yourself. Here are a few solid use cases:
If you’re into organising your week with flair, sticker sheets are perfect. You can pack dates, reminders, icons, and cute extras onto one sheet. Easy to flip through, easy to carry around.
Sticker sheets make great extras for customer orders. Add your logo, taglines, or just some fun designs. They’re a nice way to make your brand feel a bit more personal – without going overboard.
Artists often sell sticker sheets with themed designs. It could be characters, animals, food, or whatever you’re into. Sticker sheets let you show off more of your work in one go, which customers like.
Got an event or pop-up coming up? Print a few hundred sticker sheets and hand them out. They’re more likely to stick around than a flyer or leaflet, and they don’t take up much space.
Teachers and kids’ brands use sticker sheets for rewards, lessons and games. They’re affordable, easy to carry, and kids don’t get bored of them.
There’s nothing wrong with single stickers, but sheets give you a few advantages:
You can fit more designs into one print run
They’re easier to store, pack and post
The layout looks clean and tidy
You don’t lose stickers as easily
Plus, if you’re selling them, a sheet feels like more of a “thing” than just handing someone a loose sticker.
Here’s what the process looks like on our end:
You send us your designs, ideally with cut lines.
We lay them out on a sheet size that suits your needs.
The artwork is printed on vinyl or paper.
If it’s vinyl, we laminate it for durability.
Each sticker is kiss-cut, and the sheet is trimmed to size.
Simple. If you’re not sure how to lay out your designs, don’t stress – we can help with that too.
We print sticker sheets on both vinyl and paper, and it really depends on what you’re using them for.
Vinyl is waterproof and holds up well. Good for things that need to last.
Paper is cheaper and easier to write on. Great for planners or one-off use.
If in doubt, go with vinyl. It’s more durable and feels more solid. But if you’re printing loads of sheets on a budget, paper can do the trick.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when you’re putting a sticker sheet together:
Start by deciding on the sheet size. A6, A5 and A4 are standard, but we can cut custom sizes if you’ve got something else in mind.
Leave enough room between stickers so the cutter doesn’t slice into the wrong part. Too close, and you risk damaging the edge of your design.
Sharp points and thin outlines can peel badly or lift over time. Rounded shapes tend to behave better.
If you know how to do this, send your artwork with cut lines. If not, we’ll do it for you – just let us know where the cuts should be.
If your sheet is meant for customers or branding, don’t be afraid to have a bit of fun with it. Even small things like a tiny mascot or joke can make your brand feel more like a person and less like a spreadsheet.
Yes – that’s sort of our thing. We print sticker sheets to whatever size and layout you need. You send us your artwork, and we’ll make it work. We can print one sheet or thousands, no minimums.
Need help with setup or design tweaks? Just ask. We’re used to all kinds of files, and we won’t talk down to you about it.
Sticker sheets tend to cost a bit more than single stickers, mostly because there’s more cutting involved, but they can be better value overall. If you’re selling them, people will often pay more for a themed sheet than they would for individual pieces.
And from a branding point of view, they look slick. They feel like a proper product rather than a throw-in or afterthought.
That depends on what you’re using them for. Here’s a rough guide:
A6 (small and compact): Good for giveaways or quick branding hits
A5 (most popular): Just the right amount of space without being bulky
A4 (big sheet): Great for planners, merch or packs with lots of designs
We also do custom sizes if you want something in-between.
Sticker sheets are printed pages with multiple kiss-cut stickers, ready to peel and stick. They’re great for planners, branding, giveaways and merch. You can mix lots of designs onto one sheet and keep things tidy and compact.
We print custom sticker sheets in all sizes, on both vinyl and paper, and we’re happy to help if you need advice on layout, file setup or materials.
